How do I order a product?
Ordering a product from RedThreadFamilies.com is quick and easy. After you select
an item, you'll be guided through checkout and order confirmation. If you prefer not to
order online, you can phone in your order by calling our Customer Service
Department at (845) 893-9138. The Customer Service Department Hours are:

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover.
For best service, please include a daytime telephone number in case there are
questions pertaining to your order.
Orders are processed on an hourly basis during daytime business hours, Monday through Friday.
Weekend and evening orders are processed on the following business day.
All items are made to order. Most orders are ready for shipping 5-8 business days after the
order is placed. However, larger orders may take more time to embroider.
